Program Description Provides grant writing assistance to technology-based entrepreneurs, innovators, and new venture startups to access funding opportunities through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and its parallel Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program.

Technology Innovation Program (TIP)
Program Description Supports, promotes, and accelerates innovation in the United States through high-risk, high-reward research in areas of critical national need. Funding Range Up to 50%: Max of $3 million for single companies and max of $9 million for join-ventures
